Hi 👋 I'm João, from Lisbon, Portugal.

I spent a few years building software at the enterprise level, and honestly, I got tired of it. Big projects, slow decisions, and a feeling of lack of impact.

I wanted to build something myself. Started taking on AI projects for smaller businesses. But I kept running into the same issues: businesses drowning in admin work. Customer calls and support tickets. Teams spending entire days on repetitive low value tasks instead of actually growing the company.

So I started focusing there. Turns out AI voice systems and automated ticketing actually work now. Not in a "maybe someday" way, but in a "deploy it Monday and it's handling calls by Tuesday" way.
